  • Registration fee will include the Entry to Technical sessions, cultural sessions, Conference kit, Lunch, Tea/Coffee/Snacks, Dinner, and a certificate of participation / presentation.
  • *Accompanying person means your spouse, kids or parents, who are not participating in the conference. Registration fee for accompanying person will include lunch, tea/coffee, snacks, dinner and entry to inaugural and cultural sessions.
  • Each participant need to get registered individually. Every paper needs atleast one registration.
  • Registration fee Discount: 20% for a group participation of 3-4 candidates from same institution (Indian Institutions).
  • Registration fee Discount: 10% for a group participation of 2-4 candidates from same institution (Overseas Institutions).
  • The Registration Fee is accepted Online from the user DASHBOARD. Please Register first using your E-mail to access your DASHBOARD and make an online payment.

Accommodation Fees:

  • Discounted Rate Accommodation can also be provided tothe participants in the Visitor Guest House of ABV-IIITM on sharing basis @Rs.650 per day.
  • Discounted Rate Accommodation can also be provided tothe participants in the Guest House of IITTM on sharing basis @Rs.650 per day.
  • Low Budget Accommodation can also be provided to the participants in the Boys/Girls Hostels of ABV-IIITM on sharing basis @Rs.250 per day.
  • Participants are required to pay the accommodation fees online from their user DASHBOARD or Directly to the above mentioned conference account.
