- *Accompanying person means your spouse, kids or parents, who are not participating in the conference. Registration fee for accompanying person will include lunch, tea/coffee, snacks, dinner and entry to inaugural and cultural sessions.
- Each participant need to get registered individually. Every paper needs atleast one registration.

Accommodation Fee:
- Discounted Rate Accommodation can also be provided tothe participants in the Visitor Guest House of ABV-IIITM and Other Guest Houses outside campus on sharing basis @Rs.650 per person per day.
