Submission Guidelines

Instructions for Participants:

1. Download the extended abstract Template for the participants, and prepare 1 page extended abstract. Please, make sure to include atleast one figure and a brief summary of your findings in the extended abstract to enhance the chances acceptance of your abstract for the conference.
2. Download the Template for POSTER Presentation.
3. Register using your E-mail. The REGISTER tab is available in the Right most corner of Navigation (Header) Bar.
4. Login and complete your user profile. Now, you will be able to access your User DASHBOARD.
5. Click on Submit/View Abstracts in your DASHBOARD to submit your extended abstract.
   (The participants may send the abstracts through email. However, prefer submission through your DASHBOARD.)

1. Download Template of Invited Speaker.
2. Complete and send to candee.iiitmg@gmail.com.

Registration Fees:

*Registration fee for accompanying person will include lunch, tea/coffee, snacks, dinner and entry to inaugural and cultural sessions.
